SERVICE: A visit to a bank is always informative as banking institution always play an integral part of the present economic system. Based on this a visit was organized for the students of class 6th to Punjab National Bank Kacchi Chawni Jammu. The visit was quite resourceful as they learned how to deposit and withdraw money from the bank, how a bank actually functions. Thus they got the opportunity to learn new skills and how saving money can help them to achieve their future goals.
SKIL: Independence Day is around the corner and the students are busy in rehearsals along with their dance teacher in order to showcase their talent. Rehearsals are important because they allow you to practice different parts before you actually deliver. On the whole our students are whole heartedly cooperating to make Independence Day function truly memorable one.
SPORTS: An Inter-school District Level tournament for boys under- 19 (2019-20) was organised by the department of youth services and sports office Jammu on 30th July,19 at G.G.M. Science college. D.B.N.M.M. boys participated in Football Match. Their competition was with Jodhamal Public School. One of the students, Aman Jamwal of class X is selected for District level competition.
STUDY: With the aim of providing an opportunity, to develop effective communication skills and build their confidence, a "Show and Tell activity" was organized for the students of class Ist. They learned and experienced public speaking. In this activity, kids choose to show their favourite fruit, favourite festival, favourite toy, traffic rules, tooth brush etc. They described the objects of their choice with a lot of confidence. The show and tell activity is a unique platform for the little ones to develop and showcase their skills of communication.
