Girl students of D.B.N.M.M visited B.S.F Admin,Block Ploura on 13th Aug,19. They took initiative to prepare hand-made Rakhis for the B.S.F Soldiers. There was a programme sponsored by Sh.Abhimanyu Sharma, Editor State Danik Jagran. On this auspicious occasion of Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan the worthy guests were I.G Jammu Frontier B.S.F Sh. N.S Jamwal, D.I.G P.S.O Sh. Hardeep Singh, DIG Sh. Inder Raj Singh.
Girls of our school tied Rakhis in the wrists of many B.S.F Jawans, with their best wishes and bestowed them a gift pack containing a lot of Rakhis which were made by the students of school from beautiful material. It was a gesture to show gratitude towards the soldiers who make us live happily while they are suffering.
The officials appreciated the efforts and concern of the students.
